Supported Living

Service coordinators and house manager oversee trained staff, who assists the individuals within the home along with individuals with similar disabilities.

The goal of this service is to aid individuals’ daily living needs in the home.

Community Supports

Community Supports are provided individually or in a small group setting of 1 staff to 3 program participants ratio. Individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities explore opportunities to advance their employment, education, life skills, health, and well-being.

Living Support Services

Service coordinators and nursing staff assist individuals with necessary tasks outside of the home, such as doctors appointments, outings, and other necessary tasks.
